My main role as District Sales Manager in the Nebraska region is one of my passions, the oversight of training and development. After years of trial and error our region has developed a training system that is proven to work, through the use of dedicated field trainers as well as in office training sessions. Having the opportunity to watch beginning agents with no insurance experience learn our systems and grow over time is extremely rewarding. I have the opportunity to watch first hand as their field trainers teach them this business and walk them from rookie agent to sales convention qualifier.
